On my birthday in 2022 I made my way to Reid State Park in Georgetown. I scrambled over the towering rocks and ambled over the sandy beach in peaceful meditation. At twilight it was just me and the sand pipers on the beach as I watched their evening dance with the waves. It was one of those moments that I wish could last forever, so I captured the feeling in a painting.
